Taipan Pete is a mysterious character introduced in the first episode of SEASON 4. He is waiting in a bar in the desert that Lez walks into and listens to the story of the first half of SEASON 3, before revealing to Lez that him and the bar are hallucinations, and that he's actually tripping on Datura.
He appears again in CHOOMAH ISLAND 3 - DENOUEMENT in Lez's flashback, stating that he's from a universe where Lez kills King Laranox, chooses to live and takes the Kingdom Cumian throne, resulting in Lez reigning hell on Earth. They both agree that the throne would corrupt him if he chose to seize such power, with Taipan Pete pleading for him to make the right decision that would change the fate of "this planet, and many other planets". With that, Lez agrees to die by suicide in order to ensure that he never has the opportunity to do so, and follows through by sending a nuke to the Island that destroys everything on it, including himself.

- It is heavily implied that Taipan Pete is Quinton from another universe where Lez survived the series.
