Brown Town is a small coastal town located in New South Wales, near the Queensland border. Most of the events in the show take place here, and is also where the majority of the characters reside. Choomah Island was once located off the coast of Brown Town in the Pacific Ocean, and was the first home to the violent and invasive Choomah species, but the island was blown up with a SASM8 bomb during the events of Choomah Island 2, when it was revealed the island was actuall a Choomahviathan. The Choomah race would survive this attack and retaliate by attacking Brown Town during Season 4, but would leave during the events of Choomah Island 3: Denouement.

Facilities

Mike Nolan is the town's councilman. Donny runs a shop and Scruffy runs a servo.

Governance

Brown Town's law enforcement consists of one Police Officer, who is rumored to be a cyborg.
